Try something new in the kitchen with our Spice Library! Take home a small amount of spice and experiment with bold, exciting flavors. A new spice and recipe ideas are available on the third Saturday of each month.

April 18: Oregano
Oregano has a bold. slightly peppery flavor that enhances many savory dishes. It's commonly used to season sauces, soups, meats, and vegetables, especially in Mediterranean and Italian cuisine.

May 16: Dill
Dill is a delicate, feathery herb with a fresh, slightly tangy flavor that brightens many dishes. Dill is commonly used to season fish, potatoes, soups, sauces, and pickled foods.
