For grades 6-12.

Monday Mayhem is a time to kick-back, relax, and have some fun. It might be a game, a craft, a film, a project- who knows? You might even learn something. The only guarantee- it will be fun!

For ages 8-13.

Join Miss Diane for a themed storytime designed to help develop your child’s literacy skills while creating lasting memories together. We will read some charming picture books, recite some flannel board rhymes and even sing a song or two.

Make your own birdfeeder for our feathered friends to take home.

For ages 0-5

Using a selection of printed, seasonal  subjects, participants are welcome to bring their own creativity & art supplies or use the color pencils/markers supplied for these art and music enhanced relaxing, creativity sessions.

Relax after school and get creative with LEGO! Build on your own or team up with friends to make something awesome. 

For grades 6-12.

On cold winter days, you can never have too many scarves! We’ll learn how to create your own with just a piece of cloth and a pair of scissors. Your scarf will be something you can use throughout the season or even give as a handmade gift.

Celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. with simple acts of kindness: write positive messages and hide them around the library for others to find, handmake a bookmark to share, help make a blanket to donate to kids in need, and more!

Do you enjoy knitting, crocheting, or embroidery? Would you like to meet others who share your passion? Join us every other Tuesday to work on your projects and connect with fellow crafters. Don’t have a project yet?

Calling brick-builders of all ages! Come to the library every third Tuesday of the month to build with our LEGOs. LEGOs cannot leave the library, but we will be happy to display your child’s creations!

Celebrate National Penguin Day with us and make adorable sock penguins. He’s so flipping cute you’ll want to make him your pet.

Want to learn how to make your very own indoor snow? Come to the library on January 27th to see science at work! Please note that while the pretend snow is non-toxic, it should not be eaten.
